SKATE | Broadway Bomb 2010 Recap

Did you survive the 2010 Broadway Bomb? There were 500+ skaters at Saturday’s event, where longboarders raced through New York City traffic. Watch this recap video of the 2010 race.

Male division: Mark Schaperow
Female division: Sarah Paulshock
Both winners were Bustin riders, defending their titles from last year.

Bustin rider Adam Crigler was the first to the bull, but was disqualified. A lot of other skaters were disqualified for disobeying the no skitching rule.
Skitching (i.e. “ski-hitching” or “skate-hitching”) is the act of hitching a ride on the rear bumper of a car when there is ice or slick snow on the roads.
